Bling by J AB is owned by Jenny Söderström who has competed at elite level in bodyfitness. She is the sole driver of the company and the creation of Bling by J competition suits and beach bikinis.

General conditions

Bling by J AB works hard to ensure that the information on its sales platforms is accurate, but reserves the right to make final sales and to make any errors in the information. This may include product descriptions, images or incorrect prices.

 

 

 

Application and Consumer Protection

These General Terms and Conditions apply to purchase agreements between Bling by J AB and consumers, company number 559119-2470. In order for you as a customer to feel secure in purchasing from Bling by J AB, the provisions of the Consumer Sales Act (SFS 1990:932), the Distance and Home Sales Act (SFS 2005:59) and the Personal Data Act (SFS 1998:204) apply to all purchases from Bling by J AB.

 

 

 

Personal data

By placing an order with Bling by J AB, you agree that we store and use your data in our operations to complete and provide the service you can expect from us. All personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. The controller is Bling by J AB (org.nr 559119-2470) Bling by J's customer register contains personal data such as name, personal identity number, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address and IP number. The purpose of Bling by J's processing of collected personal data is to use it to:

1. Be able to complete purchases from Bling by J AB and its sales platforms.

2. Enable targeted marketing by email, text message and other channels based on your previous purchases or use of Bling By J's channels.

Bamboora will collect personal data about you in connection with payment. Bamboora is therefore the data controller for such personal data according to Bamboora's terms and conditions. Bling by J AB will share personal data with shipping companies as necessary to complete and deliver an order.

When using our FAQ, the personal data you provide in the FAQ is stored in order to serve customers faster and better. The information is also used in improvement work on Bling By J's platforms. The information stored includes telephone number, first and last name, address, email, IP number and text that you provide in the FAQ.

If you as a customer choose to email Bling by J AB or any other email address associated with Bling by J AB, your email address and email history will be saved to enable us to follow up and respond to a case more easily. This information can also be used in improvement work within Bling by J AB.

 

 

 

General information on the processing of personal data

 

All processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. The person responsible for the processing is Bling by J AB. We only save personal data for as long as necessary, after which it is deleted. If the data is incomplete, incorrect or irrelevant, you have the right to request that it be corrected or deleted. You also have the right to claim damages if the processing of your personal data has not complied with the law. You can request an extract of what data we have recorded about you. User account

 

As a customer of Bling by J's various sales platforms, you may be required to create a user account. If Bling by J suspects that the Customer is misusing his/her user account, providing incorrect information, giving out his/her login details or otherwise violating the terms and conditions, Bling by J AB has the right to suspend the Customer. Bling by J AB also has the right to change the login details at any time.

 

 

 

Reviews

By leaving reviews about products on Bling by J's sales sites, you also give Bling by J the right to publish them on Bling by J's sales sites and in other channels and media. Bling by J reserves the right not to publish and/or to remove submitted reviews.

 

 

 

Prices and Fees

Prices listed on Bling by J's sales platforms are inclusive of value added tax (VAT). No hidden charges. Shipping is added to all purchases with the exception of free shipping offers and/or promotions or other exceptions made by Bling by J AB. When purchasing against invoice charges may apply and this will be clearly stated when selecting invoice as a payment option. Unredeemed packages will be charged extra with 299kr (SEK) per unredeemed delivery.

 

 

 

Establishment of the Purchase Agreement

Bling by J's products are ordered on our e-shops. The contract of purchase is established when your order has been confirmed by Bling by J AB via e-mail to the e-mail address you provided when placing the order. By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions in full, and acknowledge that you have read the information on personal data and consented to the use of personal data and cookies. When ordering on Bling by J's sales platform, Bling By J will send a preliminary order confirmation back to the email address provided. The preliminary order confirmation will also go to Bling by J's manual check. After it has been approved by the checker, Bling by J AB will send out a final order confirmation that has been checked and approved to the specified e-mail address. Once this order confirmation has been sent, a contract between Bling by J and the customer has been concluded.

 

 

 

Payment

In cooperation with Bambora, we offer invoice payment, instalment payment, credit card payment and direct payment. This payment solution is called Bambora Checkout. Bambora Checkout presents certain information to you as soon as you are identified. The information you need to provide to achieve identification may vary between different purchase occasions and customers. A credit check is never taken directly in Bambora Checkout, but as needed depending on the payment option you have chosen. Credit reports taken by Bambora do not affect your creditworthiness and cannot be seen by others who request credit information about you, such as banks. Once you have been identified, Bambora Checkout will display the options available to you. Invoice is the default payment option but you are of course free to choose any of the other options such as direct payment via bank or payment by card. The options you are offered may change from time to time. You can choose whether you want to protect your use of Bambora Checkout with a PIN code.

 

 

 

Product information

In case of any errors in stock status or price, Bling by J AB reserves the right to cancel the purchase agreement. If the product is discontinued or otherwise unavailable, Bling by J AB is not obliged to supply the product but may suggest an alternative product. All pictorial information should be regarded as illustrations and cannot be guaranteed to represent the exact appearance and nature of the goods.

 

 

 

Offers and promotions

Bling by J AB often uses promotions and offers on its trading platform. On these occasions, the terms and conditions of the promotions and offers apply.

 

 

 

Delivery and shipping terms

Bling by J AB uses the following shipping options: parcel, the goods are sent to the nearest delivery point or in some cases directly to your door, letterbox/mailbox. In cases where the package is available for pick-up at a retailer, a text message/email with serial number information will be sent to the mobile phone number/email provided at the time of order. A valid ID document must be presented when collecting the parcel. Normal delivery time is approximately 1-4 working days from the time Bling by J AB has confirmed your order via email. When ordering a custom made bikini, the delivery time is 4-10 weeks. Many of our deliveries arrive the day after we send them. We normally ship items the same day if the order is placed before 4pm. When your order is dispatched from Bling by J's warehouse, an email will be sent to the email address provided. The package should then reach you within 1-4 working days. If, contrary to expectations, you have not received your delivery within 4 working days, please contact customer service. We do not take financial responsibility for any delays due to the shipping company. If you notice any damage to the parcel, you should immediately notify the post office or other carrier and file a damage report. Do not pick up a damaged parcel! If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the parcel, and the damage is of such a nature that it can be attributed to the handling of the postal service or the carrier, you should contact them and make a claim. If any dispute with the postal service or carrier cannot be resolved, contact us.

 

 

 

Undelivered Packages/Consignments

Packages that have not been collected within seven (7) days will be returned to Bling by J AB. If this happens, you will be charged a fee of 299 SEK (USD) for costs related to Bling by J's administration, shipping, return freight and handling. Undelivered packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

 

 

 

Law of Aggression

As a consumer, you always have a fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal under the Distance Contracts and Contracts Away from Business Premises Act (2005:59). If you wish to return your product for exchange or repurchase during this period, you must contact customer service and you pay for the return freight yourself. As a customer, you are of course entitled to try and examine the product at home to ensure that the product meets your expectations. However, this does not apply to earrings, bikinis or sale items. If you return an unused item with its labels and packaging within 14 days, the full amount will be refunded, or the desired exchange will be carried out. If the quality of the product has been affected as a result of you, the customer, handling it more than necessary to examine its features or functions, the return will not be refunded.

We follow the law on distance contracts according to the recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Agency. According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to return ordered faultless goods without giving any reason. Notice of this must be given as soon as possible, but no later than fourteen (14) days from receipt of the goods (does not apply to specially ordered goods). There is always a guarantee on the products you buy (1 year). If you can prove that there is a manufacturing defect in the product, you will always receive new parts; however, the warranty does not apply in case of wear and tear damage. You pay the return freight yourself. For a refund, please provide your postal giro, bank giro, personal account or bank account number.

 

 

 

Complaint

If a product deviates from what follows from the agreement between you and Bling by J AB or otherwise does not correspond to the description of the product given by Bling by J AB, the product can be returned. Only original defects are covered by the right of complaint. The right to complain does not include, for example, defects caused by normal wear and tear. Complaints to Bling by J AB must be made within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered, but no later than 3 years. Bling by J AB reserves the right to remedy the defect in the first instance, in the second instance to redeliver the goods and in the last instance to repurchase the goods. In case of complaint, please contact customer service and you will receive a return slip sent to your e-mail address. Bling by J AB has no possibility to reimburse the cost of return freight afterwards.

 

 

 

Transport damage

Bling by J AB is responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during delivery to you. Complaints about transport damage must be made within a reasonable time. Upon receipt of the shipment, it is therefore important to check that the goods are not damaged in transit. Bling by J AB recommends that you report any transport damage directly to the delivery agent and then contact Bling by J AB's customer service. Remember to keep all packaging and product packaging in case of transport damage.

 

 

 

Return

In case of return, you bear the risk for the goods, therefore it is important that the goods cannot be damaged during transport. For a full refund to be issued, the item must be unused and returned in its original undamaged packaging with any labels still attached. It is important that outer packaging is used and that tape or other material is not stuck to the original packaging. The right of withdrawal does not apply at all to goods that have been manufactured or modified according to your specific wishes. Returns cannot be sent COD. After receipt and acceptance of the return, a refund will be made within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the return by Bling by J AB. Refunds will only be made by deposit to a bank account, not in cash. Costs for services related to delivery such as express packing and postage will not be refunded upon return.

To enable a possible return, you need to be able to prove purchase and Bling by J AB recommends that you save the order confirmation and payment reference as a receipt of your purchase.

Return of promotional items

Returns do not apply to purchases of promotional or sale items.

In the case of purchases qualifying for a gift or additional discount, the value of the gift or additional discount is considered as a general discount on the full amount at the time of purchase. If any part of the purchase is exchanged and/or returned, returned goods are valued at the purchase price less their relative share of the general discount.

In the case of exchanges, there is no recalculation of the original basis for the gift or discount. The promotion or offer of such gift or additional discount is only available for new purchases via Bling by J's online trading sites and cannot be obtained retroactively. The gift or discount cannot be transferred to another purchase and cannot be credited when exchanging for another item.

Force Majeure

Force Majeure In the event of circumstances beyond Bling by J's reasonable control, such as in the event of a change in legislation, government action, strike, blockade, sabotage, war, terrorism, fire, flood, natural disaster or similar events, Bling by J AB's obligation to perform the purchase agreement shall be suspended as long as the circumstance prevails. If such delay exceeds 2 months, both you and Bling by J AB have the right to terminate the contract with immediate effect without any obligation to pay damages.

 

 

 

Changes of conditions

Conditions may change. It is up to the customer to always be up to date with these. By purchasing on Bling by J AB's trading platforms, you agree to the terms and conditions and that you understand what they mean. Changes are published on the trading platforms and at the bottom of the conditions you can see when the conditions were last changed.

 

 

 

Dispute

Any disputes will be resolved in the first instance by discussion with our customer service team. We follow the recommendations of the General Complaints Board https://www.arn.se/ and also refer to the European Commission's online dispute resolution tool: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

 

 

 

 

Other

We follow the recommendations of the Swedish Complaints Board and Swedish law in the event of a dispute.
