Gem-Tac is one of the world's most popular adhesives for rhinestones, cabochons and other small decorations. Gem Tac is ideal for bonding smooth surfaces to porous substrates. The glue is water-based but permanent, almost transparent and slightly flexible when dry, smelling almost nothing at all.
The glue is water-based, so it is extremely important that it is not exposed to frost.
If you happen to get glue in the "wrong" place, wash it off immediately with water.
Apply the glue sparingly to the substrate and place the decorations without pressing too hard. It takes about an hour for the glue to dry and up to a day to harden completely.
